Hi, please read through the Consent Form (V2025) and complete the sign-up form below on behalf of your child.
Classes are £40.00 per month. We recommend you finish your first month by pay-as-you-go each week. After that fees are payable monthly in advance. It is a requirement after a month of training that you obtain insurance and membership. This is an annual charge of £20 per year.
Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer (bank details will be provided at the start of the next class).
Training Uniform can be sourced yourself or through the club, so long as the uniform is white or black. There is no requirement for the training uniform to be worn until after the first grading, which is around 2 months of classes.
Gradings are done on or around the last week of the usual school term and are used to track & celebrate your progress.
Consent Form (V2025):
Acceptance of Risk: I understand that participation in martial arts carries inherent risks, including minor injuries such as bruises and sprains, and on rare occasions more serious injury. I accept these risks on behalf of my child and agree that they are part of the normal activity of training.
Health and Fitness: Except as disclosed, I confirm that my child is in good health and has no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I agree to inform the instructor promptly if any relevant medical or behavioural issues arise.
Emergency Medical Care: In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I consent to first aid being administered and authorise the instructor to arrange further medical treatment if required. I accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
Liability: I acknowledge that the instructors and school will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment. I agree, however, to release and hold harmless the instructors, assistants, and the martial arts school from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise during participation, except where caused by negligence or breach of duty under UK law. Behaviour and Discipline: I understand that martial arts requires respect and discipline. I agree to support the school’s rules and accept that my child may be asked to sit out or leave a session if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.
